Packaging & Handling
All items are subject to 1-3 business days handling period before they are dispatched from Brisbane. We will notify all buyers via email once their order has been shipped.
Items will not be packed or shipped until payment has been received in full. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends or public holidays
Bubble wrap and other packaging material may be used to help protect item and any accessories from possible handling damage.
We highly recommend winner pays for transit insurance against loss, theft and handling damage
All care is taken in order to pack items safely to endure transit. However, we are not responsible for any handling damage due to poor handling. If you receive a package that is damaged, it is most likely damaged during the transportation process. If this is the case, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
To be eligible for combined postage, please contact us before payment so we can send an invoice with combined postage. Goods purchased where payment has already been received are not eligible for combined postage.
Pickup is available by appointment in Wacol QLD 4076 during business hours only (Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 4:30pm; excluding public holidays).
The full pickup address will be provided to the buyer once a sale has been initiated
If paying by PayPal, we ship your product to your PayPal shipping address.
If paying by Bank Deposit Express, we ship your product to your eBay shipping address.
Deliveries by courier services DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes so please provide us with a physical address

Please allow up to 10 working days from date of dispatch for the item to arrive, much less to most areas. Delivery hours are between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. No weekend, public holiday or after hours delivery available. We cannot be held responsible for delays by delivery company as it’s out of our hands
International shipping is only available via Australia Post and TNT
Prior to buying, please contact us for a quote. Please note, all buyers are responsible for paying customs duties and taxes where applicable in their country of destination.

Goods damaged in transit
Compatibility issues - it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the goods purchased will be compatible for use with their existing hardware and systems
Any defects or damage as a result of using the goods in a manner other than its intended or customary use
Any defects or damage which have been caused by abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorised modifications, unauthorised connections, unauthorised repair, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, including damage caused by freight, blown fuses, electrical fluctuations, spill of food or liquid
Breakage or damage to the casing
All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal customer use
Items which have had the serial number removed or made illegible
Items which have been damaged in transit on return
Items where the security seal has been removed or tampered with in any way
